About Us

All-Around Gymnastics Academy has been offering quality gymnastics instruction in Mentor, Ohio, since 1991. We offer a wide selection of classes for all ages. Whether you attend our Parent/Child classes, recreational programs or if you become involved in any of our Competitive gymnastics, the focus is on a positive, fun and safe experience for all of our students. Our 12,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility is the largest and best equipped in Lake county. Training aids, an in-ground pit system, in-ground trampolines and our clean climate controlled facility help make the most of your gymnastics training experience.

Tom Logar:Competitive Director


Tom Logar opened AAGA in1991 and has been involved in gymnastics his entire life. He holds a degree in Physical Education with minors in Athletic Training and Physical Therapy and a concentration on Coaching from Kent State University. He competed on the Golden Flashes men's Gymnastics Team as a scholarship athlete and a Floor Exercise and Vault specialist. He is safety certified, first aid and CPR certified and a USAG Professional member. Tom has been a pillar in the Northeast Ohio gymnastics community for years. His expertise, guidance and enthusiasm benefits every gymnast, coach and parent in the AAGA community.

Melissa McGough: Program Director; Team Coach; Recreational Instructor


Melissa is a Kent State University Graduate with a B.S. in Leisure Studies, emphasis in sports management. She has been with AAGA since 2005 and has been coaching gymnastics since the age of 15. Melissa is a former gymnast who competed for the Euclid YMCA. Melissa has a hand in every program in the gym from preschool through Team as well as day to day administration. She brings her knowledge and love of the sport to help in our goal of developing young gymnasts in a safe and fun environment and more importantly into confident young women! In addition to coaching she is also a choreographer and has experience judging. She is a USAG professional member, SafeSport trained and safety certified.

Lilia Hornbeck: Team and Pre-Team Coach; Recreational Instructor


Lilia has been with AAGA since the summer of 2023. She has a background in childhood education and dance. Lilia is a former substitute teacher and has won National Dance Titles in competitive dance. She works with our preschool classes and Level 2 Pre-Team, and is our Level 3 head coach. With her dance background, Lilia also helps with upper-level dance skills and learning routines. Lilia graduated Cum Laude from high school, was a member of the National Honor Society, and also has her cosmetology license. She is a USAG professional member, SafeSport trained and safety certified. In her time away from the gym, Lilia loves to garden and bake. She also loves to visit Stan Hywett Hall and Gardens and antique stores.

Natalie Rossi: Team and Pre-Team Coach; Recreational Instructor


Natalie has had a lifelong passion for gymnastics. She was a competitive gymnast at Lake Erie Gymnastics School and Mentor High School. Natalie began her coaching career in 2020 and never looked back! She joined the AAGA family in 2026. Natalie loves helping gymnasts build confidence, achieve new skills, and enjoy their time in the gym. She also enjoys creating floor choreography and bringing her creative side into gymnastics. Natalie graduated from Kent State University with a bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising and a minor in Marketing. Outside of coaching, she enjoys designing and working on new creative projects. She is a USAG professional member, SafeSport-trained, and safety-certified.

Kaley Chase: Recreational Instructor


Kaley began coaching our preschool and progressive classes in 2024. Kaley is a Mentor High School graduate and is currently studying early childhood education. She has been an athlete for most of her life, participating in basketball, dance, cheer, gymnastics, and flag football. She’s even won a few championships in basketball and flag football! In her time away from coaching Kaley likes to babysit, paddleboard and spend time outside.

Morgan Danison: High School Head Coach


Morgan is our High School Head Coach. AAGA is the home gym for Chardon, West Geauga, Lake Catholic and Kirtland High School Gymnastics Teams. Morgan started coaching at All-Around in 2022, but has a lifelong involvement with gymnastics. She competed for Emeth Gymnastics and then moved on to become a Chardon High School Gymnast. She helped Chardon qualify for the State Championships in 2017, 2018, and 2019. While on the Ohio State University Club Gymnastics Team, Morgan acted as the Meet Coordinator in the 2021-2022 school year. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from OSU with a B.S.  in Primary Education and a minor in Child Abuse and Neglect. She also choreographs floor routines! In her free time, Morgan enjoys cooking, reading, line dancing, and walking.

Kaydrian Gallagher: Recreational Instructor


Kaydrian is a former AAGA gymnast and has been a preschool and progressive instructor with our program since 2023. She is currently studying nursing at Kent State University. While not coaching, Kaydrian babysits, spends time with friends, and explores new restaurants.

Isabella Gibson: Pre-Team Coach; Recreational Instructor


Isabella has been coaching at All-Around since 2025. She works with our preschool and progressive classes as well as our Level 2 Pre-Team. She is a current student at Mentor High School and on the MHS gymnastics team. She is also in a teaching program at MHS. After graduation, Isabella plans to attend college to get a degree in early childhood education.

Brittany Ioffe: Team Coach


Brittany is one of our talented Xcel assistant coaches. She began coaching at AAGA in 2023, but began her coaching career in high school.  In addition to coaching, she is an elementary school teacher at St. Jerome’s. Brittany also taught in the Dominican Republic for one year! She was a competitive gymnast until injury, which led her to pole vaulting.  Brittany attended John Carroll University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in early childhood education and was a walk-on member of the pole vault team. She is becoming fluent in Spanish and, in her spare time, enjoys staying active and reading.

Angela Kijauskas: Recreational Instructor


Angela began coaching at AAGA in 2023 but has been involved with gymnastics her entire life. She was a competitive gymnast at the West End YMCA (where Coach Tom coached her!) and did high school gymnastics for Lake Catholic High School. She coached at the Euclid YMCA (yes, she was Melissa’s coach!) and Northshore Preps in Eastlake. Angela graduated from Miami University with a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management. She has three children and has been married for 30 years! Angela is living her homesteading dreams with a huge garden and a flock of laying hens. If she isn’t outside, you will find her in the kitchen baking sourdough and canning/freezing all of the garden produce. She is an active member of St. Gabriel’s Church where she volunteers at the Food Pantry and is on the Confirmation prep team.

Kasey Lotycz: High School Director & Coach


For Kasey, gymnastics is more than a sport—it's a lifelong passion. A former competitive gymnast and cheerleader, she's spent over a decade coaching athletes to reach new goals, unlock their potential, and build confidence that lasts beyond the gym. 

In Kasey's downtime, she loves choreographing beam and floor routines that showcase each gymnast's unique personality, and she gives back by running youth camps for her local high school teams. Helping the next generation grow and succeed is incredibly rewarding to her.

Outside the gym, Kasey enjoys sunny days at the pool or beach, boat rides, adventures with her kids, trying to hit golf balls like her husband, and sharing laughs with family and friends and no day is complete without some playtime with her dog, Stogie! 

Addison Schermer: Team and Pre-Team Coach; Recreational Instructor


Addison has been a team and recreational coach with AAGA since 2025. She was a gymnast for 16 years and competed in club and high school gymnastics as well as club gymnastics at the University of Pittsburgh. Addison has a B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Arts in Education from Ursuline College. Along with being a coach, Addison is also a second-grade teacher. She is USAG safety certified and SafeSport trained. In her free time, Addison likes hiking and reading.

Brenna Wuhr: Recreational Instructor


Brenna began coaching preschool and progressive classes at AAGA in 2026 and has been a gymnast with us since 2017. She is a current member of our Xcel Platinum team. Brenna is a student at Lake Catholic High School and is a member of the LCHS softball team.
